Not the best day...
I started out great with fiber cereal and lite soy milk, but after my favorite salad spot for lunch was packed beyond belief my friend and I opted for Greek food. I guess falafel isn’t horrible. Just gotta work extra hard at the gym today! Staying motivated!!!! :D

Burned 400 cals on the elliptical :) Breakfast  Fiber One Cereal & Lite Vanilla Soy Milk - 6 pts Coffee - 0pts Lunch Apple - 0pts (did not intentionally do this, just had no time to eat!) Dinner Salad with Boca Chicken Patty, Lite Cheese & Lite Dressing - 5pts Peach - 0pts Which gives me 11 pts to use on drinks tonight ;)
